  • Miranda O'steen

    Instructor

    Miranda fell in love with Pilates in 2008 after her daughter was born. She had the dream of becoming an instructor. But, being a mom of 3 beautiful children, she found it hard to find a program that worked with her busy schedule. Then she found Club Pilates! As she began the process, her family, and her Club Pilates family surrounded her and covered her with love and support. She would have not been able to do it without them and is forever grateful. Pilates has changed Miranda’s life for the better and wants to share that with everyone. Loving people and guiding them to a healthier body and mind is her passion. Come take one of Miranda’s classes and leave feeling stronger both physically and mentally as she challenges and encourages you.

    Jenna had a passion for Pilates since she started practicing on the Mat over twenty years ago. Pilates had been her constant through her education and career pursuits. After graduating from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in Communication and Business Management, she moved to Los Angeles to help her father open a new branch for his company. Jenna met her husband in LA and started a family. Jenna maintained her workout regime during her pregnancies, but during the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of her second pregnancy, she only did Pilates. She noticed a remarkable difference in how easily her body bounced back after that pregnancy, and decided to take her Pilates practice to the next level. She tried a Reformer class and knew she wanted to teach Pilates the moment that she started. Jenna was the first to be certified in her class, noting her no-nonsense attitude around achieving our best. Jenna finds satisfaction in tailoring routines for clients in class environments and Private Sessions so they can target their specific fitness goals. She loves teaching and is motivated by the positive changes Pilates has brought to her life and to her clients!

    After only three months of practicing Pilates, Rachel Miles fell in love with it and decided she had begin teaching as a career. Rachel’s been performing since she was a child and you can definitely feel that in her classes. She loves the energy and flow of Pilates and especially enjoys the opportunity help people deepen their practice and get more in touch with their bodies. If you’re looking for a challenging, upbeat class with some funky Berkeley energy, come check Rachel out!

    If Stefanie were a cocktail recipe she would be the ST Special Ingredients: 2 parts Pilates instructor 1 part Marathoner 1 part. Ironman finisher .5 part. University of Texas Longhorn .5 part. Wife .25 part. 80's music lover Dash. Humour Shaken or stirred, Stefanie will bring fun, energy and a supportive environment to your Pilates practice.     Instructor

    Originally from San Rafael, CA, Dylan discovered pilates when his mom dragged him to a class at Club Pilates Novato. He loved it, and decided to get certified through Club Pilates shortly after. He now teaches on Wednesdays and Fridays in Valencia while he works towards a BFA at the California Institute of the Arts. His classes emphasize balance and flexibility; he wants all men to be able to touch their toes by 2022. Dylan enjoys drinking black tea and reading about trends in city planning.
